**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Primary Teacher to join our educational team at NextGen Teachers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their academic and social development.

  • Provide support for students with special educational needs, including those requiring speech therapy or applied behaviour analysis.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education.
  • Be familiar with TeamTeach training courses.
**Role Requirements:**

This role requires a strong commitment to educating children, with a focus on individualised learning approaches that cater to diverse needs, including special education and behaviour management.

  1. Previous experience in special education or tutoring is highly desirable.
  2. Familiarity with behaviour management techniques and strategies for supporting children with diverse learning needs is advantageous.

**Compensation Package:**
