We are seeking a corporate financial administrator to join our team at Supremesearchspecialists in Swansea, South Wales.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the practice's accountants with year end accounts, managing a small team of bookkeepers and accounts assistants, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Year-end accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships, and Limited Companies using Microsoft Office, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Kashflow and TaxCalc.
  2. VAT and monthly/quarterly accounting procedures.
  3. Team management and internal training.
  4. Maintenance of accurate financial records and transaction recording.
  5. Bank statement reconciliation and monthly financial report preparation.
  6. Accounts payable and receivable processing.
Requirements
  • AAT qualification, part-qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and coaching skills.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
