We are seeking a corporate financial administrator to join our team at Supremesearchspecialists in Swansea, South Wales.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the practice's accountants with year end accounts, managing a small team of bookkeepers and accounts assistants, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Year-end accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships, and Limited Companies using Microsoft Office, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Kashflow and TaxCalc.
- VAT and monthly/quarterly accounting procedures.
- Team management and internal training.
- Maintenance of accurate financial records and transaction recording.
- Bank statement reconciliation and monthly financial report preparation.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing.
- AAT qualification, part-qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent teamwork and coaching skills.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Salary: £22,000 per annum.
