About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advisory Quality and Risk Management Manager to join our team at Grant Thornton.

This is a unique opportunity to work with our Advisory, Quality Risk Management (AQRM) team, providing quality and risk management support to our Deals Advisory & Consulting (DAC) practice teams.

As a Manager in this role, you will work closely with senior members of the AQRM team to deliver projects and manage legal, technical, regulatory, and risk management responsibilities for our teams.

Key responsibilities include providing risk management and quality support, reviewing engagement contracts, supporting client-facing teams, developing training materials, and ensuring required controls are understood and implemented.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) and experience working in an advisory business unit of a professional services firm, or a legal/risk management background with experience advising on contracts and developing policies.

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment.
