Breast Care Advanced Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Breast Care team at North Bristol NHS Trust. As an ACP, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of best practices in breast care.
The successful candidate will have completed training to practice as an autonomous Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) with a background in Nursing or Allied Health Professionals (AHP). You will be responsible for rapid assessment, diagnostics, and treatment of individuals within the Breast Surgery service using advanced professional accountability, autonomy, and judgment, underpinned by Master's level theory and experience.
We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £54,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on the UK national average for Advanced Clinical Practitioners in the NHS.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a clinical role model and advocate for developing and delivering care that is responsive to changing requirements, informed by an understanding of local population health needs, agencies, and networks.
- Implement effective systems and processes for infection control management while working clinically and serve as a role model for other members of the clinical team.
