We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Room and Team in ensuring best practice throughout the nursery. This will involve working alongside the Management Team to promote high-quality care and education for children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support all teams within the nursery to maintain a safe and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with the Nursery Room Leader to ensure adherence to the statutory framework for Curriculum Excellence.
  • Develop and implement stimulating experiences, environments, and resources that cater to children's needs.
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor.
  • Provide training and support to the Room Leader and their team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A qualified level 3 or above in childcare or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience working in a nursery setting.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role.
