Graduate Building Services Engineer Opportunity

Graham Group is seeking a talented Graduate Building Services Engineer to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As a Graduate Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our site team and contributing to the development of our projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in Building Services Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a similar field. You will be responsible for gaining experience and developing skills in the following areas:

  • Tendering and Pre-Construction: You will work closely with sub-contractors to ensure that M&E performance specifications are met, and commercial targets are achieved.
  • Commercial Management: You will manage projects to achieve set targets, ensuring close liaison with the commercial team to manage project requirements and performance.
  • Technical Services: You will review M&E drawings against client briefs, budgets, and technical/building control compliance, and discuss options with M&E consultants.
  • Value Engineering: You will identify opportunities for value engineering, simpler, and faster methods of installation.
  • Commissioning: You will develop commissioning programs with sub-contractors and lead client demonstrations/training.
