Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Nurse to join Chemistree Solutions as a Clinical Diabetes Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work in partnership with the NHS in primary care, delivering a unique nursing programme that focuses on driving best practice and improving patient outcomes.

As a specialist nurse advisor, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering up-to-date care for their patients. This role will suit a patient-focused NMC registered nurse who can demonstrate experience of working in Diabetes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience managing diabetes within primary care, knowledgeable and confident in providing education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes, and skills and knowledge in optimising oral hypoglycaemics.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a unique nursing programme focused on driving best practice and improving patient outcomes
  • Work in partnership with the NHS in primary care to deliver up-to-date care for patients
  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing education, support, and advice to patients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

  • NMC registration
  • Diabetes Diploma or Equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing diabetes within primary care
  • Knowledgeable and confident in providing education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes
  • Skills and knowledge in optimising oral hypoglycaemics

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
