We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CISS Packing Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production line operatives to achieve daily production targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of production line operatives to achieve daily production targets
  • Manage and coordinate production line activities to ensure maximum efficiency and output
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Identify and escalate any issues that may affect product quality or performance
  • Develop and implement effective countermeasures to minimize waste and reduce costs
  • Manage and coordinate training and development programs for team members
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English (A-C)
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience of working to targets and ensuring team members meet targets
  • Previous experience in a leadership role

Desirable:

  • ILM Level 3 in Supervisor Management
  • Ability to work in an accurate and methodical manner
  • Experience of using MS Office
  • Previous SAP knowledge
