We are seeking experienced English Language Educators to join our team at IELTS Medical.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in IELTS and OET courses, both in-person and online. This includes teaching overseas qualified healthcare professionals and supporting them through their learning journey to achieve success in their exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver IELTS and OET courses in a timely and effective manner, meeting set targets and expectations.
  • To develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the IELTS and OET syllabi, ensuring up-to-date expertise in all exam formats.
  • To communicate effectively with learners, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their progress.
  • To stay organized and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a strong educational background, including:

  • A CELTA or DELTA qualification.
  • Professional experience in delivering training, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners and colleagues alike.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Zoom, to facilitate online teaching and communication.
