Job Overview
As a Support Worker with SeeAbility, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ashtead, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to SeeAbility's policies and procedures.

Requirements
• A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
• Ability to work a shift rota, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus benefits.
• Additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
