About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities and sight loss, autism, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Support individuals to develop independent living skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and sight loss, autism, and learning disabilities
  • Manual UK driving license and ability to drive alternative vehicles
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
