Job Title: Assistant Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Rudy's Newcastle. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and staff training
