Job Title: Assistant / Shift Manager - Newcastle Westerhope

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant / Shift Manager. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience of working within a fast-paced customer-lead QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and have excellent people skills, including the ability to give clear instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, following policies and procedures, and inspiring all Team Members on your shift to produce great food and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with patrons regularly and offer great customer service.
  • Handle payments and maintain a high standard of food safety.
  • Control costs, including food and labor, and manage stock effectively.
  • Manage an effective and efficient team, ensuring consistent high levels of attendance and punctuality.
