About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Newcastle Transport branch. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash handling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Delivery Drivers & Vault Operatives to ensure safe and efficient delivery and collection of cash and valuables.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours alarm response.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
