  • Inducting employees on health and safety procedures
  • Implementing and managing the Behavioural Safety Observation System
  • Recording site tours/inspections and ensuring follow-up actions are taken
  • Coordinating weekly fire alarm testing and emergency exercises
  • Chairing HSE Committee meetings and facilitating communication between departments
  • Investigating accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, and sharing best practices
  • Contributing to internal audits and developing HSE & Technical alerts
  • Maintaining accurate records of health and safety data, statistics, and COSHH reports

A successful HSE Advisor will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in health and safety regulations. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
