About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead SAP transformation programmes for one of the fastest growing SAP practices in the UK, working with a number of FTSE 100 companies. As a SAP Transformation Director, you will be responsible for leading engagements to transform our client's businesses throughout the lifecycle of a programme.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a transformation director on large SAP transformation programmes, focusing on the design phase and end-to-end business processes enabled by S/4 Hana.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to influence CxOs and serve as the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders at our clients.
  • Work in a sales and delivery environment, demonstrating innovation and agility.
  • Shape and deliver an upfront discovery phase of an S/4 Hana programme, including the development of a business case and roadmap.
  • Solution business-led transformation deals, acting as the End-to-End Business/Solution Architect.
  • Manage complexity and be familiar with project processes.
  • Have a strong understanding of the SAP market and competition, as well as the ability to shape a deal.
  • Build high-performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating hybrid remote working models.
