Salary Information

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 150 shift workers
  • Developing and implementing production plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
