Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Motorsport Engineering Technician to join our team. This is a full-time/part-time role that requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, in addition to weekdays. As a Motorsport Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on our kart fleet and ensuring the workshop is kept safe and tidy at all times.

Responsibilities and Requirements
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks on the kart fleet
• Ensure the workshop is clean and organized
• Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills related to kart mechanics
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of kart mechanics and engineering principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Compensation Package
• Salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
