Director of Client Relations

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in London or Manchester. As an Account Manager at Real Chemistry, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with our Scientific & Medical Affairs teams to drive the adoption of therapies for patients and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective client strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage client relationships and expectations through regular communication and progress updates.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific subject.
- 5+ years of experience in client service, project management, and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
Real Chemistry offers a competitive salary range of £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, dental insurance, and a five-week sabbatical program.
