About the Director of Client Relations Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Relations to join our team at KnoWho, a full-service marketing communications agency. The ideal candidate will have a 360-degree background in Campaigns, Social, Influencer, Brand, Production, and Experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients
  • Lead account teams in the delivery of projects
  • Ensure timely project completion and meet client expectations

The successful candidate will be able to manage, inspire teams, and work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the events or marketing communications industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agency experience
  • An understanding of current trends and creative approaches within the industry
