Job Title: Area Sales Manager - HVAC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager - HVAC to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, surveyors, contractors, and resellers
  • Provide expert consulting and advisory services to customers, including specification development and quotation generation
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers and potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers and potential clients
