We are currently seeking an experienced Educational Specialist to fill a long-term position in schools within Warwickshire. This role will involve providing educational support and guidance to students, with the opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

As a dedicated provider of education services, Aspire People is committed to helping improve the education of children. Our goal is to supply high-quality teachers who can support the ongoing development of our partner schools. We strive to build strong relationships with our schools and their staff, ensuring continuity and consistency for our pupils.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Relevant teaching experience, preferably with knowledge of the EYFS to Y6 curriculum or your desired key stage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude towards working
  • A commitment to raising standards
  • A clear DBS check
  • References available upon request
