Primary School Support Specialist Position

We are EdEx, a dynamic and inclusive Primary School based in the UK, seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Primary School Support Specialist. This position involves working closely with children with Autism (ASD) to promote their social, emotional, and academic growth.

About the Role:

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASD requirements, utilizing creative approaches to engage them.
  • Collaborate with our inclusion team to provide high-quality support.
  • Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with Autism.
  • Creative and innovative approach to supporting children with ASD.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with Autism.
