About the Job:
  • Manage the flow of manufacturing, service, and projects inquiries from internal customers and stakeholders, providing timely responses and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams to review and analyze Bill Of Material (BOM) requirements, ensuring accurate information.
  • Develop and maintain reports, monitoring material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory processes, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in the purchase requisition process, tracking progress across multiple departments, and communicate updates accordingly.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with buyers, planners, and requestors regarding completion of open Purchase Requisitions or Manufacturing Orders.
  • Partner with Managers to plan and manage production, identifying potential risks, and reporting on production plans and schedules.
  • Review production requirements, establish priorities, and schedules, ensuring efficient material movement and equipment allocation.
  • Monitor manufacturing orders, planning and monitoring material movement in production, and communicate updates to management regularly.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Planner who has a strong understanding of ERP systems, manufacturing methods, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between £20-£25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
