About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can design and create bespoke furniture pieces using AutoCAD. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work effectively under pressure. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, handling suppliers, and assisting with project management and monitoring.

  • Liaising with clients to understand their design requirements
  • Creating production drawings using AutoCAD software
  • Handling suppliers and obtaining quotes for materials
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient production
  • Assisting with project management and monitoring to ensure timely completion
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • Knowledge of cabinet making, joinery, and furniture design
  • Experience with AutoCAD software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.

Location

This role is based in Gloucestershire, with easy access to London by car. Our 10,000 sq foot workshop is located near Cirencester, offering plenty of opportunities for growth and development.
