About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team within the property management and lettings department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of property managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality property management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management department, including general maintenance issues, customer care calls, and arranging for contractors to visit properties.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the head of the department and across other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a property manager within an estate agency.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
