Job Details
Wallingford Medical Practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Family Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our experienced GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough consultations with patients, taking a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing
• Develop and implement effective care plans, working in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Prescribe medications and treatments, ensuring safe and effective use of practice formulary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and guidelines
