We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Social Care Programme Manager to join our team at t2 Group. As a senior carer with extensive experience in adult / elderly health & social care, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities at a Senior Carer level or above, you will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of Apprenticeship & Diploma-only learners achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 2/3 or Levels 4/5.
The ideal candidate will have a current, relevant vocational qualification at Level 3 or Level 5 and hold an Assessor qualification. You will be experienced in working within work-based learning/educational settings and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to support learners in achieving their Health and Social Care qualifications
- Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their development and provide feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with employers to ensure that learners are meeting the required standards and expectations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in government policies, legislation, and regulations that impact the health and social care sector
This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, along with excellent IT skills to navigate internal applications and use Microsoft packages. You must have your own transport, broadband connection at home, and car insurance covered by business use. All business mileage and expenses are covered by the company.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £27,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus opportunity OTE £5,000 PA
