Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in Health and Social Care: Candidates should have substantial experience working in health and social care settings, preferably managing a care home.">
  • Teaching Qualifications: A Teaching and Assessing qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent) and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care are essential.">

Compensation and Benefits

">

The salary for this position is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, with an additional £10,000 bonus structure, resulting in a total compensation package of up to £42,000.
