Beaumont Manor Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to our residents and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the nursing team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care services.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
