Senior Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Manor Care Home. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting the development of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to maintain their health and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC registration and a strong understanding of nursing best practices.
  • Experience in a senior nursing role, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for supporting the development of others.
