About the Salary
Our salary for Care Assistants starts at £11.86 per hour, with enhanced pay on weekends. This reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also have access to a range of excellent benefits, including full company induction, ongoing training, and the opportunity to gain NVQ & Care qualifications. We have partnered with Wagestream, allowing you to access your earned wages before payday.
