Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate store operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and store performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and human resources, to ensure seamless store operations.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
