About the Role

Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Endoscopist to join their team in regular and flexible shifts.

The ideal candidate will have HCPC registration and a strong background in delivering high-quality patient care in an endoscopy suite environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Prepare the operating theatre/endoscopy suite for procedures, ensuring waste is minimized and equipment is available.
  • Act as a preceptor for junior staff and participate in teaching within your sphere of knowledge and skill.
  • Run a theatre list without supervision and supervise junior staff (subject to experience).
  • Perform scrub, circulating, and/or anaesthetic duties.
  • Comply with Spire policies/procedures, particularly those relating to Health and Safety, COSHH, Incident Reporting, and the Data Protection Act.
  • Deliver patient care in accordance with recognized standards of research-based clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus exclusive benefits and top-class customer service.
