Dedicated Plastics Operating Theatre Professional

Kings Park hospital seeks an experienced Dedicated Plastics Operating Theatre Professional with HCPC registration to provide expert care and support to our patients undergoing plastic surgery procedures. As a member of our plastics team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operating theatres, working closely with the plastics leadership team to achieve high standards of care and service. Your key responsibilities will include jointly delivering care and service with the plastics leadership team, overseeing clinical, equipment, and staffing needs for plastic surgery, supervising staff in care delivery, identifying training needs, collaborating with plastic consultants/surgeons and the multidisciplinary team, and adhering to the 5 Steps to Safer Surgery and the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist.
Salary and Benefits:A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave, to support your wellbeing and career development.
