About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Regional Support Worker to provide invaluable support to children and young people in the West Humber Region. As a key member of our team, you will travel between 5 homes on a daily basis, meeting the needs of our residents in line with OFSTED regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized support to children and young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal development.
  • Working collaboratively with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment within the home, including laundry, general housekeeping, and meal preparation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills further. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the work.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary, £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week), overtime paid at an enhanced rate, mileage paid, and comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
