About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care & Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Health Care in West Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
As a Care & Support Worker, you will work closely with our residents to provide person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Providing physical and emotional support to residents
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues
- Safeguarding residents from harm and ensuring their safety and security
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that promotes resident engagement and participation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using electronic record systems
- Enhanced DBS clearance and ability to undergo regular checks
