Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Christmas Event Host at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a Christmas Event Host, you will be responsible for creating magical memories for our guests by interacting with them in character and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests in character, providing a magical experience for all ages
  • Work directly with Father Christmas to capture photographs and distribute LEGO Christmas gifts to our young guests
  • Guide guests through the Christmas Kingdom, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Perform improvisational character interactions, using your creativity and passion for exceptional guest experience

Requirements

  • Confident and charismatic individual with excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in immersive entertainment or performing in front of an audience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Comfortable wearing a costume and interacting with guests in a character role
