About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Elves at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a Christmas Elf, you will be responsible for creating magical experiences for our guests, working closely with Father Christmas and his team to bring joy and wonder to children of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with guests in character, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all.
  • Work collaboratively with the Entertainment Team to deliver high-quality performances and events.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort by embodying the company's values and mission.
Requirements
  • Confident and charismatic individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or performing arts is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Comfortable working in a costume and interacting with guests in a character role.
