About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist to join our team at The Hearing Care Partnership in South Yorkshire. As a HCPC-registered professional, you will have the autonomy to manage your clinic and provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services
  • Perform wax removal procedures (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain patient records and uphold our high standards of care
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £40,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with the potential to earn in excess of £100,000
  • Bonus of £8,000 per annum, paid quarterly
  • Company car or car allowance (UK driving licence required)

Requirements
  • HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (or those awaiting registration)
  • Genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care
  • Full UK driving licence (travel between clinics required)
