About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist to join our team at The Hearing Care Partnership in Dore, Millhouses, Crosspool, and Woodsetts. As a HCPC-registered professional, you will have the autonomy to manage your clinic and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services.
  • Perform wax removal procedures (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain patient records and uphold our high standards of care.

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission: with the potential to earn in excess of £100,000
  • Bonus: £8,000 per annum, paid quarterly

We are looking for HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists (or those awaiting registration) who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is keen to work in Dore, Millhouses, Crosspool, Woodsetts, and surrounding areas, we would love to hear from you.

As an independent, family-run business, we are free from the restrictions of specific hearing aid manufacturers, giving you the freedom to recommend the best hearing solutions for your patients.
