Training Sales Advisor

Nationwide Platforms is a leading provider of working at height training, offering a range of courses to customers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Telesales/Account Manager to join our brand-new 'Training Sales Advisor' team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take in-bound calls from customers enquiring about our training services and offer a range of courses and services.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our training courses and services.
- Build effective relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage profitable growth targets for a portfolio of customers in line with budget requirements and the strategic plan.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to promote external training services.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound business-to-business account management or telesales/telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience in health and safety training is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.
