Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and consultants, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to clients, consultants, and other team members, working independently and as part of a team.
- Support consultants and clients on Group Risk and Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits, and other products, including communication with clients.
- Upload monthly pension contribution spreadsheets to providers, as required.
- Deal with client, provider, and TPR on AE re-enrolment, as necessary.
- Undertake annual review tasks, provide feedback, and coordinate resultant actions.
- Liaise with the wider corporate team and support as required.
- Engage with our Intelligent Office System (IO) and provide key assistance in research, setup, and ongoing record keeping for secondary market Employee Benefits.
- Deal with corporate client queries raised by employers, employees, insurers, or advisers.
- Ensure own knowledge is up-to-date and notify colleagues of relevant developments.
- Comply with the FCA rulebook and IWP-FP's internal procedures at all times.
- Perform general office-related tasks as required by the Client Services Manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be given more complex clients and cases, and may be responsible for monitoring other team members, identifying training requirements, and training new team members.
- Represent the department or lead project work, as required.
- Take ownership of implementing and embedding new processes resulting from project work.
- Assist the Regional Corporate Services Manager with rolling out process changes, overseeing workload, resolving issues, and identifying complaints.
- Deputise for the Regional Corporate Services Manager at meetings and with managerial duties.
- Investigate and resolve errors.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations.
