Your Opportunity

This Client Solutions Director role offers a chance to drive growth by fostering exceptional client relationships. You'll work alongside Account Directors and senior leadership to provide superior service to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute plans to increase revenue from existing client relationships.
  2. Monitor financial performance and discuss strategies with the SVP Business Operations to meet targets.
  3. Provide guidance to sales teams to identify new business opportunities and improve their performance.
  4. Ensure open communication and collaboration among local and remote team members.
  5. Implement proactive measures to protect 'at-risk' clients and maintain client relationships.
  6. Own key client interactions, including proposals, sales pitches, and financial discussions.
  7. Lead talent development, recruitment, and retention initiatives within the sales department.
Essential Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in exhibits, custom products, marketing solutions, or advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; an MBA is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and employee interactions.
  • Frequent travel required.
