Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven House Builder Sales Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles, a leading provider of high-quality products and solutions within the house builder sector. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and solution-focus, with proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders to drive profitable sales growth
- Identify decision makers within each customer/prospect account and develop strategic business-to-business relationships
- Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base
- Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings, utilizing the company's Business Intelligence system
