About the Role

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. As an HVAC Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing air conditioning and ventilation systems for high-end residential, commercial, and domestic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects, including air handling units, split systems, and VRV systems.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from leading manufacturers to source equipment and materials.
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accurate system design and installation.
  • Compile commissioning sheets and operation and maintenance manuals for handover to clients.
  • Perform administrative duties and assist the maintenance team as needed during quiet periods.
Requirements
  • Relevant HVAC-related qualification and experience in design and calculations.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical engineering, and building services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
