About the Role

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HVAC systems for high-end residential, commercial, and domestic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop air conditioning and ventilation systems for complex projects
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Specify and select HVAC equipment, including air handling units, split systems, and VRV systems
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accurate equipment selection
  • Liaise with manufacturers and sales representatives to obtain quotes and updates
  • Compile commissioning sheets and O&M manuals for client handover
  • Perform administrative duties and assist the maintenance team as needed
Requirements
  • Relevant HVAC-related qualification
  • Experience with HVAC design and calculations
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
