Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at CHEC. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in identifying training needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for students, new starters, and existing members of staff across the company.

Main Duties of the Job

Key responsibilities include contributing to the development, planning, and organisation of continuous professional development for colleagues, acting as a mentor to new and existing members of the clinical team, and delivering the CHEC clinical induction process.

Person Specification

Essential requirements include extensive experience, knowledge, and competency in clinical duties of an Ophthalmic Assistant, experience of delivering training to a variety of levels of experience, and ability to work flexibly and effectively within a team.
