Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Jenningsbet. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote our products and services, ensuring customers are aware of our latest offers and deals.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Monitor competitor activity, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Good numerical skills, with experience of handling cash and card transactions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
