Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Jenningsbet. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Promote company-wide campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Process bets, settle transactions, and provide accurate payment to customers
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers
  • Deputize for the Branch Manager in their absence
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
